Obtain Varre's Pureblood Knight's Medal: Start by obtaining Varre's Pureblood Knight's Medal. If you haven't done this yet, follow these steps:

Encounter Varre after reaching the First Step Site of Grace.

Complete his dialogue and defeat Godrick the Grafted.

Meet Varre again at the Rose Church in Liurnia.

Speak to Varre at the Rose Church to receive Festering Bloody Fingers. Use three of them to receive the Lord of Blood's Favor.

Acquire Blood of the Church Doves: Obtain the Blood of the Church Doves by collecting it from a Maiden's corpse at either the Church of Inhibition in northeast Liurnia or the Chapel of Anticipation west of Stormveil Castle.

Use the Pureblood Knight's Medal: Once you have the Lord of Blood's Favor soaked in blood, return to Varre at the Rose Church. He will give you the Pureblood Knight's Medal.

Kite the Bird: Keep to the left edge as you attack the bird. This will kite the bird toward the cliff where it will walk off to its death, yielding 11038 Runes each time.
